Ambassador Zermatt

Very nice hotel. Price is quite high for the rooms you get, but overall and after staying there two nights I think it’s worth it. Rooms are small and there’s no cool balcony to hangout on. But the staff is absolutely fantastic, everything is super clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Facilities super clean. Restaurant and service very good. Location super convenient. Also in the rooms they have environmentally friendly soap :) that’s good.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the train station. Our room was spotless and we loved the partial Matterhorn view. The breakfast staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again for my next Zermatt trip.

I found my stay at the Ambassador Zermatt to be most enjoyable. The guest rooms an comfortable and very clean. The Entire staff was professional and friendly. If you like swimming pools, you will definitely like the indoor pool @ Ambassador. The hotel is perfectly located near transportation, food, shopping, and to mountain access. If you are planning a trip to Zermatt, I recommend considering staying at the Ambassador.
