A large campsite, with a sandy wim and more or less separate surf beach, at least, when it is low tide. The campsite has multiple levels with smaller and larger plots. The access road goes steep down and then even steeper up. Little place to manoeuvre with a large campervan! Good planning and friendly staff, which is working multiple hours as the reception is open from 8 in the morning until midnight. Small shop with fresh bread available. Prices are reasonable and the two toilet buildings we had at our downhill location were cleaned regularly. Showers with good hot water, toilet seats, toilet paper and soap available. The only minus at our part, underneath the main rock was the smell of waste water which started every afternoon and lasted until well in the evening. One got the impression that all grey water runs into the nearby river, after it was stored in a tank at a high temperature. A few times the smell was covered up with a kind of toilet refresher smell which only worsened it. At least in my opinion but I have a very sensitive nose.... When you are here, go to the blue wave surfschool at the beach and take the excellent classes there. And go for a coffee or other drink at the restaurant/cafē at the top of the rock. Great view! Overall recommended and value for money.

This is a wonderful campsite with a very steep road up to the site itself. The campground is really well laid out with a lot of terraces and pathways. The facilities are clean and well maintained and there is a restaurant on site too. There are a number of mountain bike and walking trails from the campsite with access to the Camino de Santiago. The site also has its own private beach area.

A gem of a site, be aware of a very steep curvy road to the site. Friendly staff, excellent bar/cafe. Pitches to suit most tents and vehicles which are allocated at check in. Access to the beach. Be aware the site is tiered into a hill so the odd part is steep to walk. Can walk 20 mins to a local bar or shop on the Camino
