The property is overpriced and the service was the worst in my life. We were sent to a restaurant to take the key and the people who are working there were arrogant and ignored us for more than 20 minutes. Each time they said one moment and they left to speak with other people especially because we did not speak Spanish. When I started to insist they sent a person with the key and made a sigh to follow him without to say anything. We were at the second floor with code at the doors and only one key. He shows us a little bit in the property without to speak anything in English or to have eye contact with us. The washing machine did not work, the dryer were not working as they said but the cleaner next day was using it. Definitely I will not stay again in this place because is not worth it. I will recommend the same to other to avoid this place.

Not easy to get to the room. First you have to get the instructions and room keys from a Café called "Paso a Nivel" + Cheap + Clean + Close to city center - Bit of mold on bathroom ceiling

Bedsheets were dirty and unwashed. I had to sleep on used bedsheets. Provided only one very flat pillow Extra duvet was provided in wardrobe, but we had a twin room so only one of us could use it Very loud at night due to being right by a busy main road It was about 21 degrees and sunny outside, but In the room it was so cold I had to wear a coat Expensive and overpriced. A room in a shared apartment with shared bathroom and kitchen cost more than a hotel. I struggled to lock the bedroom door because it uses a special kind of automatic lock. I couldn’t figure it out (I think it was faulty) and I had to sleep with my bedroom door unlocked which felt really unsafe. Windows had blinds but they weren’t adjustable so I couldn’t actually see anything out of the windows Towels and soap provided, room had a television, communal kitchen had a washer and dryer, microwave, and fridge Overall I would avoid
