I saw some negative reviews about the neighborhood: yes, the San Lorenzo area can seem a bit edgy and sketchy because of the graffiti but that is part of the spirit of this former working-class neighborhood that's very politicized and rebellious. Personally I detest the graffiti but hey, these folks think they are sacred. The hotel is a gem, instead. Clean, classy, very stylish. The room was beautiful. The bed was a bit hard due to the rigid mattress but that's my own issue. Service was good. No complaints. Food was great, but my favorite part was the pool with a breathtaking view over the huge city of Rome. One advice though: if you want to have a tanning bed by the pool, you have to hurry and get to the pool as soon as it opens otherwise they all get taken very fast and you'll be without. I vote 5 STARS + I will surely go back to it.

As always, the hospitality was exceptional warm, attentive, and genuine. The atmosphere has that perfect welcoming vibe, and the room was spotless and beautifully maintained. The food was outstanding, just as it always is. Truly a place that never disappoints.

For an exceptional rooftop experience in Rome, this venue is truly not to be missed. The panoramic view over the city is breathtaking, especially at sunset .
