The place was utterly unclean. The microwave looked like it had never been cleaned, the trash cans were overflowing when we arrived, both in the common room and the bathrooms, there was hair in the shower, clothes that weren't ours were in the lockers, the floor was filthy, and they have a bedbug problem. They need to organize their time to dedicate to cleaning. The girl behind the bar was lovely, and when we complained about the situation, she tried to clean the room a little, but when they finished, at 8 pm, we decided to go to another hostel because we saw more bedbugs. We haven't been able to rest or use the facilities.

A total disaster. When we arrived, it took us an hour to get into our room, and even though they gave us a free drink, it didn't solve the problem. When we finally got to the room, it was filthy: hair in the shower, food scraps in the toilet, dirty clothes in the lockers… When we told the owner, it took another three hours to clean the room, meaning we spent four hours walking without being able to use it. The worst part is that the mattresses had bedbugs, making it impossible to sleep there. When we asked for a refund, the owner kept giving us the runaround, forcing us to go back to the hostel and lose a day of our vacation. Everything was eventually sorted out, but it was a nightmare. If they fix the bedbug problem, it wouldn't be a bad place.
