This place is a joke. It claims to be a 4-star hotel, but there’s no reception, no staff on site, and absolutely no support if something goes wrong. I checked into a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, had exposed electrical wiring, and felt completely unsafe. When I raised this, the remote staff were rude, dismissive, and even borderline threatening – saying it was my fault! The building itself felt dodgy, someone was smoking inside and there was no security. I wouldn’t want to be here alone, especially if I was a vulnerable person. The beds felt dirty, the parking was overpriced, and the car park had suspicious people hanging around. It’s also far from the city centre, and the rooms are noisy due to constant traffic. You can’t even open a window without being kept up all night. I’ve stayed in better 2-star properties. This is absolutely not a 4-star standard. Stay here at your own risk.

A spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen (including a freezer and a dishwasher), excellent for families with children and for those who want to prepare their own meals. There is no possibility of organized breakfast or a restaurant, only a small shared area with a snack and drink vending machine. The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable, with no surrounding noise. The neighborhood where it is located is also quiet. There is a Billa supermarket nearby where you can buy groceries. Paid parking is available in front of the hotel. There is also hotel parking, but although we indicated during the reservation that we wanted to use it, at check-in there were no instructions on how to use it or how to access it. There is also an electric vehicle charging station. Check-in is done at a self-service kiosk located outside the entrance, and both we and the guests after us had to repeat the process twice for the room cards to be issued. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location and very easy full automatic Service via automate in front of the door. We booked a parking slot for 12 EUR. it's a bit expensive but at least there is a barrier/gate. so it's a enclosed parking slot which is a bit safer than at the street but there are free parking spaces in front of the building as well. so not necessary a need for a paid option. at least not off season. the pantry kitchen had everything for cooking. microwave as well. we had no soap, that was a bit disappointing but we had shampoo.👌 the room was all clean but the bed was bit too soft. 😊 you can reservate online and check in via mail and then you can access via check in machine at the front of the door. you also get your room cards of this machine. make sure to keep your reservation number and ID/passport ready:) there is also a vending machine in the house, for some snacks, extra toilet paper, food, towels everything for a night 😂 even pasta and some cooking meals. also vino and beer. you can only access the accommodation with the cards. which makes its safer:) the price is a bit high but at the end it was worth it. I can recommend.
