B&B in a great location, but a little inconvenient to reach by car because it's in a limited traffic zone. Very welcoming owner. Simple breakfast included, but at a bar 200 meters away. Well heated.

We had a really good time. The welcoming owner gave us lots of tips. Rieti is a lovely city and an excellent base for exploring an area full of surprises.

Very central, historic building, very spacious rooms. Breakfast at the bar is minimal (cappuccino and croissant). I would recommend adding a juice and a savory snack.
