Disastrous experience. The owner is extremely dishonest. Never go here: he charged us for a service we didn't request. The staff would rather play games than solve the problem.

We had the worst possible experience. The manager, a dishonest man, charged us without our consent. The staff doesn't speak English well and prefers to spend their time playing games rather than serving us. Avoid at all costs.

They're simply scammers. My partner and I took a night train to avoid paying for a room, only to be charged without any prior notice! Of course, no employee helped us. I do not recommend them!
