Do not stay. There are other hotels nearby. Hotel needs total renovation!!! Wifi is amazingly poor. The guy in the desk saiid “Sorry we are not in the city.” Don’t waste money. Il be out here as soon the daylight breaks! Nicole, the food staff did a great job serving us. Without her, id rate it a half star

I totally recommend it! It’s simple, it’s true ( no fridge in the room, for example) but we loved it! The staff was very nice and proactive, giving us wonderful advices! The location is perfect, only 11 minutes by foot to the center of Assisi (parking is a real issue there!!!). It was our second time in Assisi but this hotel made this time the most special one!!

Very much enjoyed our stay here! Lovely staff, excellent food, and the rooms were very clean. The hotel is located right by the Basilica of Saint Francis, the main attraction of Assisi. Absolutely wonderful! I would definitely recommend staying here, and plan on returning myself next year.
