The building is not ski-in/ski-out like most other CGH places. It got 3 stars for location because it’s right near the shops which is nice, and also right next to the elevator to the bus stop. The staff are wonderful. Really friendly and helpful. Though annoyingly the massage therapist wouldn’t massage my injured leg, which was the whole reason I booked the massage. The spa facilities are pretty poor. Often out of service and those that are ‘working’ don’t work well. For example, the hot sauna never really gets hot, and the jacuzzi has lukewarm water with the jets in a useless place. The ski locker is down a flight of stairs, and the boot room is a different room to the ski room. It’s like the architect has never been skiing and doesn’t know what skis look like. Worst of all are the room layouts. Our apartment had one fixed double bed, then another room with a double bunk bed (that’s one double bed above another double bed) and then a master bedroom with a double bed that splits in two. Why can’t they all just have the double beds that split in two and give you the option of double or twin? The kitchen is rubbish. The worktop is tiled and uneven. Any spillage is hard to clean, but that doesn’t actually matter as it has no space to prepare food. You have to sit down at the dining table to chop anything. There’s also hardly any storage for food you buy for the week. Oh yeah and the parking spaces fit 2 cars side by side but only if you don’t open the doors. The wifi is completely unusable. It’s incredibly slow, keeps logging you out and seems artificially restricted on speed. I can’t access the Amazon app unless I turn off wifi and use mobile data, meanwhile I can still watch a Facebook video. Won’t stay here again

This hotel saw 4 stars maybe some 10-15 years ago. Where should I start? - You pay so much for those apartments, yet they don’t even provide a toilet paper!!! (you got 1 roll at arrival for 4 people) This is the first time in my life I had to go and buy a paper in any hotel/apartment ever. -The jacuzzi is so cold, you can last there a couple of minutes before being sick (my niece went ill) - they said it was 28! To be relaxing, it is a MINIMUM of 33-35 … To add up, depending on where you have a room, be prepared to go to the pool area through cold corridors near exit from the building. - It was stinking pretty bad from one of the toilets (it was then fixed) - some things in the kitchen were damaged (frying pan, pot) - apartment was generally outdated and in poor condition - for example, almost every chair was falling apart, door threshold was broken, stains on a table, blood on the bedcover, and it was very dusty and dirty. - you should hire a guide to go through this labyrinth of corridors and lifts - every single person I encountered was lost and asking for a way. - garage seems like a dungeon - the same goes for a ski rack and shoes warmer room, not to mention the last one was not drying boots enough. - towels are not changed during the stay, and you should pay for everything including changing towels, bath suite etc. - those single beds were so narrow and the mattress was so uncomfortable, I got a back pain. All in all, I could go on with this list infinitely. This was the most overpriced hotel/apartment I had visited in my life. It has nothing to do with 4 stars, I would be even careful with 3. DO NOT RECOMMEND! UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE OF THE RESIDENCE: Aren't you guys marked as 4 star Residence? I believe you are, and this is what I expected, not 5 as per your comment (5 star is a completely different league). It shouldn't make a difference if it is a hotel or residence in regard to standard - 4 star is 4 star - some kind of national/global ranking telling you what you might get at the place and which was not delivered. According to the water, please do not make it worse. It was measured at the place, for our request, and it was 28° - NOT near 32° or 33° you have stated. Reading through comments, you can clearly see this is an ongoing issue you are trying to disregard -> Where is the improvement from every comment you are talking about? Cheers.

Nice accommodation and great location, but they cheap out on small things (wifi basically unusable, 1 towel per week, 1 toilet roll for 6 people for a week and a few other silly little things). The main reason for the 3 stars is that the ski boot room flooded with sewage and although it's been fixed it didn't get cleaned up. It's one thing it happening but unacceptable to leave raw sewage to evaporate rather than cleaning it up.
