One of the best houses we've ever stayed in. Photos don't do it justice. Spacious, spotless when we arrived, great pool and garden to relax in and an extremely well fitted out kitchen. Within walking distance of the town for restaurants etc. Absolutely stunning area with so much to do. An hour to the coast and half an hour to the really big mountains. Carole and Jean Pierre couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend

A fantastic team-building retreat. We received a warm welcome from Carole and Jean-Pierre in a magnificent building, remarkably comfortable and clean. We can't wait to return when the weather is nicer.

An unforgettable stay! We had a simply perfect stay with friends (9 adults) in this magnificent house located a stone's throw from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the place: a spacious, tastefully decorated, perfectly equipped, and ideally located for exploring the Basque Country. Everything has been designed for comfort and conviviality: the bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, the common areas are welcoming, and the kitchen is ultra-functional (ideal for cooking together!). The garden and swimming pool offer an idyllic setting for relaxing, sharing an aperitif or a delicious meal with a soothing view of the surrounding nature. A special mention goes to the welcome and availability of Carole and her husband, who were remarkably kind and responsive. You can tell they are committed to providing their guests with a wonderful experience, and that makes all the difference. Between hikes, local discoveries, shared moments, and total relaxation, this house was the perfect starting point for unforgettable memories. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!
