Brugg-Windish Smart Residence

Unfortunately, I've had a very bad experience. I have an apartment owned by Quokka. The Quokka management company had a key to my apartment and, without prior notice or asking me, broke in and stole my belongings. I would not recommend a management company that trespasses and steals from its tenants. I've already informed the management company; I sent an email, but no one is taking responsibility.

I booked and paid for the vacation apartment for a whole month. An hour after booking, I discovered a mistake. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the booking. I paid a total of CHF 1800. CHF 36 was automatically refunded due to the cleaning not being needed. I contacted the host at the same time and expected some form of compensation. Unfortunately, despite several attempts to contact her, the host NEVER responded. The CHF 1800 is lost, even though I didn't spend a single night in the apartment. This was clearly my mistake. Nevertheless, one can expect a certain level of consideration in such situations. (The apartment could theoretically have been rented out again during this period). I would have gladly paid any processing fees. A truly terrible experience. I find the host extremely greedy and uncooperative.

Modern and clean, just steps from the station. I had a great stay and will recommend it to friends who study and work in the area.
