Had a great stay at a decent price over Christmas. Nicolas (the owner) welcomes all guests personally and all the staff were super friendly at all times. They went out of their way to compensate us for a small inconvenience with our room (a leak needed fixing), which was unexpected but very much appreciated. The dinner was divine - all in all I can highly recommend it!

Definitely a hotel on the up, Our rooms were on the second floor and clearly had been tastefully refurbished recently. The staff were lovely particularly the reception staff who were very helpful. Boot room had good locker space with boot warmers. Stairs to the boot room typically a bit treacherous. Breakfast was fine but would have benefited from more hot food being available. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just opposite the Olympic cable car at the base of the Olympic black run. Great views over the town.
