Friendly hosts, clean rooms, excellent location (85m from metro station: take a Barik card and it is almost free for going anywhere in Bilbao for sight seeing). For those who want to experience the "real" Bilbao: there is some noise (teens in weekends, nice danse rehearsals from Latin America / immigrants I suppose - video, people passing by etc.) but, the residents are very friendly (we don't speak Spanish, they don't speak English or French), always smiling and always willing to help (working class or middle class mostly), not used to tourists, tired from work but always smiling...

Noté 1 sur 5 étoiles VERY BAD SERVICE VERY BAD SERVICE: When Booking our room (res.nr 5565425787) @bookingcom ask to double confirm our request and booked 2 rooms and ask 2 payments . Instesd of one. After contacting service support they were supposed to come back to us 24h. It s now 48h and still nothing. Really scandalous practices!!!!!!

Wifi signal is not great and walls are thin so can get a little loud. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, right next to metro.
