Kintail Lodge Hotel

I came in for dinner while staying at the nearby Glenshiel campground. The bartender was very welcoming and friendly. It was at the very beginning of the season and the place was quite quiet. I think some of the food was reheated from frozen and the prices are a little high, but the burger in particular was delicious. The mayo appeared to be house made. The restaurant was clean, the beer tasted fresh. If I were in the area again I would go back.

Lovely hotel inside and the pub was clean and modern, cosy log fire going in winter. We went to the pub section, friendly welcoming staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. We had a meal and the food was great. Would definitely go back.

We just returned from a spectacular tour of Scotland. Kintail Lodge was one of our stops, where we had a wonderful time. They are located right on a lovely bay and our rooms were well appointed, the service was excellent and we truly felt Helen and her staff were dedicated to ensuring we saw the best side of their magical country. We appreciated the Wee Bun House located outside the main lodge where you could get hot drinks or pastries throughout the day. They also have a bar on the premises. I would highly recommend Kintail to anyone traveling through the area - you won’t be disappointed!
