Hôtel restaurant L'olympique

This is the worst restaurant in Chamonix. The waitress charged me 30 euros on purpose on a 21 euro bill. I found out and she explained it’s a tips. And offered to give me back cash with others watching at my table. I let her keep it cause obviously she needs money this bad… but please don’t do this again it’s literally fraud. Your service doesn’t worth 40%tips.

I would have given zero if possible. Extremely rude waitresses. Mediocre food. Wrong order.

Stunning views from the terasse and a great location just by the Le Tour tele-cabine. but probably the worst, by far, meal I’ve ever had in any mountain, anywhere, ever. Service was Ok. Bad uninspiring menu. We ended up ordering 2 plates of saucisse frites. The « saucisse » were large boiled viennas, like some sort of processed meat polony, and the « fries » were terrible white apologies for potatoes, obviously from a catering pack of frozen pre cooked chips. I saw someone at another table try to eat a horrendous looking chicken nugget. The coffee was terrible. Avoid.
