Quinta da Burra (Porto de Muge) [RNAL 161078/AL]

I highly recommend this place. I stayed here off season (February) and the owner made sure that I was warm and cozy in my room by providing electric oil heater. I got a double room in which I was a single occupant. The room is spacious, even if most of the space is high ceiling underneath a lovely wooden roof. Best of all- the room had a bathroom which was clean, had plenty of hot water, a shower, a toilet and a sink. Towels and bedding were provided. The property sits on a bit of land surrounded by a wall, as is the local custom. Within the wall is the house and a garden, guarded by three (I think?) adorable dogs.

Really easily accessible as it’s on the route of the Camino. It’s one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. The house is lovely and very clean, the host is very welcoming and mad us an amazing breakfast in the morning which kept us going. Really good for the price and wish we could have stated longer!

We had such a good time at Quinta da Burra! Lovely hosts and the room was the most comfortable one we stayed in on our way to Fatima.
