Upon our arrival at the Granello di moschetto facility, the staff was very welcoming and immediately ready to accommodate our needs, as we were a group of 30 young people. The rooms on the upper floor were very clean and well-maintained, as were the bathrooms. The facility has additional buildings that can be used for various indoor activities in case of rain. There is a synthetic soccer field nestled in the woods. The climate is very pleasant, with temperatures cool and not particularly hot. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was also very friendly. Excellent service! Highly recommended! From the facility, paths branch off to the La Verna sanctuary.

We stopped by chance, but it was a lovely surprise. The hostel has 80 rooms, currently filled with children from the summer camp until August, so it's full of laughter and games, which, considering the season, were more than welcome. Nestled in the woods yet right on the main road, it's nestled in the woods. The food is traditional, attentive and truly delicious. We were immediately welcomed with a smile and served local, zero-mile products at more than fair prices. Typical valley cuisine, Tuscan in style, we loved everything we ate. The appetizer was rich with cured meats, cheeses, and crostini, including a tagliatella with porcini mushrooms and a tagliata with green peppercorns. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through for a recharge. The place is simple but authentic, and it's precisely this simplicity that enhances its beauty. Close to the sanctuary and the main hiking trails.
