I have to say it was a terrible experience. We bought tickets for New Year's Eve, a terrible choice, I dare say. The menu was advertised in one way...never mind what and how we were served. We even had to argue over coffee. Then again, the tables were arranged too close together, and there were more people than the room could hold. Not to mention that the power kept going out throughout the evening. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I'll make this as short as possible... I bought a half-board coupon for my partner and I for New Year's Eve dinner, which, according to the poster, looked like it would be a nice evening and well-organized! Instead, they were extremely disorganized and too hung up on money! They only focused on quantity and not quality! They took more people than the restaurant could afford! There were people complaining everywhere! We had a reservation for two and expected a table for two, but instead they foisted on us a table for 10 with other people and two seats, which were not even close together... when we expressed our dissatisfaction amidst the chaos of other complaints, the response was repeatedly annoyed: "There's no room, we can't do otherwise" and we were even told we had to let them know in advance that since there were two of us, we wanted a table for two!! Could it be the other way around?? But did they inform us of the conditions? And having seen some free tables for two, we asked to sit at those but were told that they were for people who had booked and already paid... and we didn't?? Absurd 😂 The girl named Eva was extremely rude and presumptuous... she repeatedly answered us rudely and arrogantly! So much so that even her aunt apologized for her behavior and emphasized that she has a lot to learn about how to treat customers and how to behave around the public!! 3 people at reception doing the same thing and the line of people waiting... Moral of the story, after being treated like beasts, we got our refund and went to dinner somewhere else!

The dining room is wonderful, it takes you back to the Middle Ages. From the little I ate, I can't complain about the quality of the food. The hotel rooms, however, could use a makeover; they lack a mini-bar and air conditioning, and to make matters worse, ours had a strange, unpleasant odor, and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from, perhaps the mattress. Overall, it's a beautiful location, but the lack of maintenance seriously detracts from it.
