The location of this residence is excellent and right by the slopes and a 5-10 minute walk to the centre, but unfortunately the accommodation and managerial experience was extremely poor. I booked a package via a travel agent who used photos of a four person apartment. When we arrived we were given a much smaller two to three person studio which was nothing like the images shown. The room was so small that three adults could not move around or even open suitcases at the same time. I went to reception to request an upgrade to the larger four person room shown in the photos. The hotel manager sympathised with the situation but would not allow us to pay to upgrade the original room. Instead we were told the only option was to book and pay for a second room, even though larger rooms were available. leaving us 625 Euros out of pocket. The larger room also had issues. There was black mould behind the curtains, stained bedding including what appeared to be blood on one sheet, a broken bathroom extractor fan, and very lumpy pillows. When we checked into the second room it was not ready. Reception told us the keys would be left in the safe, but when we returned later the reception was closed and the keys were not there. We had to phone the manager to come down and let us in. The location is great, but the rooms and how this situation was handled were very disappointing and I wouldnt book again.

Room, for four people for a week you're on top of each other. It was just 2 of us so ok. Well equipped kitchen, 2 hot plates but no oven. Good little cleaning kit given on arrival, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, cloth etc Service, ski locker and even small swim pool. Didn't find sauna but supposed to be there somewhere! Location, 6 min walk up road in your boots to chair lifts/funicular. Helpful reception. We arrived at 0300 and had the wrong entry code number, telephoned the number on door, they answered and gave me correct code 👍

10m² rooms for 4 persons without space for anything, the beds were awfully hard and the blankets weren't even clean, we told the receptionist that we were cold and if we could have an extra heater, she offered us another blanket, the ski locker room was supposed to be opened at 7:30 and we lost 40 minutes waiting for someone to open it the first day, we had been told that we could use 1 room for 3 more hours the last day so we could store our bags and 1 day before they told us the opposite, lastly we cleaned the room before leaving but they still charged us 40€ of the deposit in concept of cleaning. Awfull experience would not recommend it to anyone.
