A beautiful farmhouse surrounded by nature and tranquility just steps from Assisi. The farmhouse is well-equipped and meticulously cared for, from the rooms to the outdoor space and the kindness of the staff. I will definitely remember Luisa, a very thoughtful, kind person, and attentive to her guests' requests (she remembered exactly what we drank for breakfast). The outdoor space is enchanting, an experience that offers both pleasant relaxation and the opportunity to visit the city of Assisi. One tip: to enhance breakfast, I would recommend using some fresh products, such as cakes, fruit, preserves, and pastries, and reducing packaged goods. In my opinion, this would make the stay perfect.

Getting lost in a glass of water!!! Very nice location and truly strategic position, clean rooms and friendly staff. The flaws are easily overcome. - If I ask for an extra single bed in the room and they simply say yes, it should be specified that the bed in question is a Mondo Convenienza sofa, not even a sofa bed, but a sofa that folds down to form a sort of extremely uncomfortable bed. I slept 8 hours in two days, the sofa doesn't flatten out and a hump forms in the middle that makes it extremely uncomfortable! - The adjacent rooms are not soundproofed at all. I could hear the shower running at 11:30 PM, then the hairdryer... while the husband was watching a show with Bonolis! - breakfast, consisting of pre-packaged croissants, pre-packaged single-serving biscuits, pre-packaged tartlets, and rusks, with a choice of various spreadable creams, always pre-packaged! Sometimes it would be enough to have even less, but a little more refined, a good tart or ring cake or some croissants even from a good café...

A wonderful place in a spectacular setting...friendliness, respect, and silence reign here... An ideal place for those seeking serenity, for those who need to "detox" from the stresses of life...a meticulously maintained place, clean rooms with attention to every detail...I stayed here alone for three days...and it was truly REJUVENATING!!! I highly recommend it...and I hope to be able to return as soon as possible!!!
