Bio- & Nationalpark Refugium Schmilka - Rezeption

A little magic corner connected sustainably to a web of goodness. Be it the sauna, the restaurant, the breath taking view, the organic bakery, and brewery, they all synergized into a wonderful vacation.

Simply wonderful! We came to Schmilka from Dresden for just one night to escape the stress of university and exams. Now we're heading back home feeling completely relaxed. The sauna is clean, cozy, and offers lovely relaxation areas. We were even able to spontaneously use the hot tub, and the very friendly attendant even brought us delicious beers right to the tub. In the evening, we had brought our own wine, but made the classic mistake of not having a corkscrew. So, feeling slightly guilty (about the wine we'd brought), I went to reception and asked. Of course, they opened the bottle for us immediately. We were also given a wine cooler and two nice glasses, so we could really enjoy the evening. Here, the customer truly is king! All in all, we had a wonderful time, even though it wasn't even 24 hours in total. Since so much is included, the price is absolutely justified and worth every penny. Highly recommended!

A hotel where you can feel completely at ease! The sauna, the food, and the entire ambiance are simply wonderful. I found the breakfast to be world-class. Everything was of superb quality! Only the blanket wasn't very comfortable, and there were a few holes in the sheet. Therefore, one star deducted for the room.
