Crookabeck Bed & Breakfast

We've very much enjoyed our stay at Crookabeck. During our Coast-to-Coast adventure we stayed with Julia and Adam, who are so friendly and took great care of us. The shower was amazing, and the platters we had for supper were very good (and a nice variety, since we'd been having classic pub-food for a couple of days in row now).

This was the BEST BnB we’ve ever stayed in. It was quaint, comfortable, roomy, quiet, and provided wonderful homemade food. Loved the rainshower. Bathroom large, electric heaters, marvelous toiletries. Don't miss getting one of their platters—almost too beautiful to eat biut very glad we did. You will not regret staying here—guaranteed.

Stylish B &B. Very welcoming hosts. Lovely extra touches like cake on arrival, gorgeous Lakes toiletries to use in the fabulous bathroom. Booked their Delicatessen platter for supper, served in the guest lounge - delicious. Helpful advice about walking routes to Shap.
