The food was bad and the service was far from okay. It’s clear they’re just trying to squeeze as much money as possible from travelers. A perfect example: the couple in front of us needed to change their baby and were charged 15 CHF just because they didn’t have any cash, only a card. That’s absolutely not okay. Would not recommend.

I'm deeply saddened to see that such rude people still exist. Politeness and hospitality aren't prevalent here, and we've personally witnessed some racist behavior. I advise you to include "greater humanity" in your 2026 resolutions.

Horrible food, dirty place, bad view overlooking the gas station, but what's worse and worse is the kindness and professionalism of the lady and the gentleman, depressed and lacking empathy. A terrible experience, never stop by.
