The Gast House Zell am See

My son and I had a fantastic stay. It was my first time staying and I would definitely return. The room was big and comfortable and clean with everything we needed, the kitchen was very useful. The breakfast was excellent. Location is perfect. Staff very helpful and I would like to make a special mention for the lady who helped us to get a free bus to the airport when our taxi was not showing up. Thank you and I hope to see you next year

Lovely hotel room, incredibly clean and the beds were incredibly incredibly comfortable! Our stay would have been lovely. However, that is one very angry receptionist. She tried her very best to let her anger taint our stay and for that reason I won’t be returning. However, all other staff were great especially the star that gets breakfast ready every morning super early he was incredibly helpful - you are a STAR ⭐️ Our poor rating is entirely due to the anger radiating off the receptionist towards people that are on holiday. Kindness goes a long way and we should try to remember to treat everyone as such
