Hotel Alpenland

Stayed at Alpenland Hotel in Austria and had a mixed experience. The check-in process wasn’t pleasant as the lady wasn’t very polite, which set a negative tone. However, the rooms were comfortable, with neat beds and tidy bathrooms, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the service during breakfast was also disappointing. The lady in the breakfast area wasn’t welcoming, and there was a limited selection of breads, which were not replenished. While the room quality was good, the overall service and breakfast experience could definitely be improved.

Very comfortable. Be aware that there is no lift so not suitable for disabled people. Also, there is a nightclub below the hotel and for those with rooms overlooking the front of the building it could be noisy late on Friday and Saturday nights. The room we had was at the back of the hotel and we didn't hear a thing!

We stayed for one night and the lady at the front was very kind as we arrived very late and with no reservation. The hotel had nice decor and the room was clean with an extra heater. This was a wonderful one-night stay that was also budget friendly.
