The View at Watergate Bay

Just returned after a week stay, our 8th visit to The view at Watergate bay and certainly won't be our last. Amazing views, peaceful site, great facilities and location. The pitch sizes are perfect, we stayed on field 2 this time, with the added bonus of the small concrete area and picnic bench. Each year we come back you can the investments on the site they are making to keep improving. Clean warm showers that we rarely had to queue for. Lovely helpful staff. Just a short walk to the neighboring site if you want a bit of evening entertainment, park and tennis courts. Recommend the Cornish pasties from the shop but get in their early! A little slice of heaven.

Nice campsite, near to Watergate bay (15/20 minute walk). Good facilities, the bar and cafe are very reasonably priced and meals looked generous. Our only moan would be our pitch was adjacent to the cafe and toilets block which normally wouldn’t be a problem as the cafe/bar was a little rowdy as expected with over excited adults but did quietened down around 8:30/9pm but lots of the other campers kept intruding into our pitch as the sun was setting to get a photo, also some parents were allowing their kids too play football on our pitch too . Very annoying and unnecessary in our opinion when trying to relax

Camped up in my gear. Reception was helpful, friendly and had a well equipped shop. Pitch was level and maintained. Beautiful views for sunset. Lovely stay. Thank you.
