Gite Autet

We, along with our two dogs, thoroughly enjoyed our six weeks in Autet; it even exceeded our expectations! Everything was there, beautiful details were provided, and the location was fantastic. You have a truly lovely cottage that you can be proud of, and we also found the communication very pleasant. We completely relaxed and saw and explored much of the area during that time. The Pyrenees are quite different from the (French) Alps and the Massif Central. The Pyrenees are indeed somewhat wilder and more rugged, but they still retain their French charm. We enjoyed some truly wonderful, unforgettable hikes, and at times the mountains were truly unforgiving, but the views, natural beauty, and memories were more than worth it. If you're looking for peace, space, challenging hikes, unspoiled nature, charm, and well-maintained accommodation at a reasonable price, we highly recommend Gite Autet!

We stayed as a couple for a week at Gite Autet. It's ideal for those who love peace and quiet, nature, and hiking. Jorien is the perfect host. Always available and very helpful. It was a fun and relaxing week.

We spent a week there with our 3 year old daughter and our dog. It is an ideal place to relax in the middle of nature: peace, silence, walks in the mountains... We would love to go back!
