Superb service by a polite and professional staff. Everyone from the hostess to the cleaning stall were simply wonderful. Great location and people watching. Lots of local knowledge on hand.

The only reason does the 4 stars for service is having to request toilet paper and there was a limited bar service. The hotel is charming, the room we had was spacious and the location was perfect. If booking I'd recommend get a room with a view of the harbour.

It's really terrible to be here. We have been here for five days and all five nights we have been unable to sleep because of the horrifying screams of hungry animals, starting from midnight until 5 am. We are truly surprised why people and authorities allow such a situation to happen every day. From my room, I was terrified and felt like I was lost in the middle of a deep forest surrounded by a herd of hungry animals. A group of drunk people, howling like crazy from night until morning. A horrifying experience.
