Ladies Sofia and Freya are always on hand to assist with any request. Their knowledge and genuine care truly enhance the experience and make this place feel especially welcoming. It is easy to understand why many guests return to this hotel time and time again

Visited the spa for a massage and day spa pass and had the most relaxing time. The deep tissue massage was wonderful and much needed after skiing and travel. The view from the spa was incredible as well and the sauna options were lovely. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service. We visited with two young kids and they had a lot of fun in the kids room and at the pool. We had a family room which offered plenty of space with a big sofa bed for the kids. The breakfast was delicious and they had very big choice of hot dishes from the card. The service at the hotel is exceptional and really looks after you. Special thanks to Daria who helped our kids have a memorable Halloween. Engelberg is beautiful and there are some nice hikes in the area.
