Pietre Gemelle Resort

Wonderful resort, „disguised“ as a hamlet in the original design of the local architecture, very nicely done and in harmony with its surroundings. This is how great architecture should be, trying to fit in - not stick out and thus change the character of the area irreversibly, as seen in so many other places.

Friendly & welcoming. We arrived way-too early after an overnight drive and they found us an apartment that we could check-in early to - and we extended our stay. Modern timber & stone super-chalets divided into apartments. Traditional timber details inside. Varied accommodation options. Clean and spacious: modern facilities, functional kitchenette. Good parking. 1.5 miles down the valley from Alagna Valsesia with a complimentary shuttle service that runs every half hour. Great find, thank you Pietre Gamelle Resort for a relaxing and enjoyable stress-free family holiday.

The area is very beautiful. The host was very warm and we had everything. The room was very nice, we loved it. We had Netflix and for two rainy days, we relaxed. We will come back for sure!❤️
