The rooms are in a deplorable state: holes and stains on the walls, poorly cut and hastily glued linoleum, no curtains, and no way to put any up without making even more holes, despite the apartment being on the first floor. The soundproofing is terrible: you can hear your neighbors' Valorant streams through the wall. As soon as autumn approaches and the weather gets cooler, it feels like sleeping outside because the thermal insulation is practically nonexistent. When I finally found a better apartment in Lannion, the landlord felt entitled to make comments, claiming that my inventory report couldn't be accurate because I had noted that the linoleum was in poor condition, even though it had been installed two months before I moved in. This really worries me about the care she takes of her properties. Furthermore, she made comments like, "You took the place of someone who could have really used this apartment," or "It's a shame you're leaving, I'm trying to attract more girls." She tried to make me feel guilty for leaving, even though, as I've already said, the rooms are in a deplorable state. Even the 9 square meters of student housing are much more welcoming than these apartments. In short, avoid at all costs, and if you're a student, make sure this is your last resort.
