Nice apartment that has everything you need. Check in was easy with a key box, apartment was very clean. There was no airconditioning present. Parking at the street with usually plenty of space in the evening, during the day it was sometimes a bit more challenging. Across the street is a small mini market that has the essentials.

3.5/5 Overall the place is nice, cozy, the landlord is kind, gracious and professional. If you are here short term 5-7 days or less it'll be better for you not as practical long term. Overall location, you're close to food, mini mart, cafe and beach by walking but outside of that you need a car if you plan to travel. Bus service is good, runs roughly every hour, early returns 8-8:30pm. Taxi needs to be preplanned otherwise extremely difficult to catch. Pros: Place is cute and cozy. Fits a small family of 4 or max 3 adults Bar/cafe across the road is wonderful Decent variety of restaurants walking distance, several cafes, mini mart for essentials. Park close by, beach close by Kitchen is easy to cook in, has all practical things Tv has good apps Cons: There's different units. This applies to the bottom left. There's only one window, so not enough natural light. The green shutter door opens onto main road. You cannot open it for sunlight as everyone can see inside, often stray dogs or cats around that'll come in. You can only leave internal door open to create some airflow The bar is open til midnight sometimes past. Streets are quite loud at night. Very little airflow if shutters aren't open house traps moisture. If u open at night the door for air, you will have bug bites in the morning. There's a washer and clothes stand however in winter it rains alot. Next to impossible to dry laundry. The bottom unit doesn't get enough sunlight to air dry can take 2-3 days to dry a load Not practical for a long term stay. We stayed 17 days. It was okay there was issues and the landlord tried to resolve but some things can't be resolved. Overall nice place. Modern, easy to cook, and appreciate the village of Canical.
