We were there for following a course in Dublin . Rooms were not like the photos.The hotel and their rooms were dirty …no breakfast as they say in their website and the price per night is too much expensive if you compare it with other better hotels. Small bathroom and bedroom with a smell of wet and moist. Only positive thing :the lady was nice. Do not stay there.

Workers were really nice and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in and the two ladies who do housekeeping helped us during our stay. The location is good because it's in a quiet neighborhood, and it's a 5-8 minute walk to stores & restaurants & local bus stops. The housekeepers clean the room daily, and make it nice. We booked a room without a bathroom, and the shared bathroom was ok. It was big, and a short walk up the stairs. The common kitchen had water, instant coffee & tea throughout the day. They also serve Nespresso, muffins, and fruits from 8:00am to 10:00am. They have a common refrigerator & dining for guests to use. Our room was small, but it worked. I'd only recommend the small room for 2 people maximum. If I were to offer any suggestions, it would be to have the floors in all areas to be updated.

Leaving an honest personal opinion about this place here. When I moved to Dublin in Jan 2022, this was literally home for two weeks. Took this place for a week and had to extend the stay as finding a permanent accommodation was near to impossible during that time. This place provides unlimited free coffee/ tea, water, and a common fridge and microwave which was a relief. There is a common dining space that could be used to dine/ study/ read. The bathrooms are not attached, but they are maintained well. The lady helping with room service is the sweetest and the manager is a nice man. The only downside is the size of the rooms. But I personally had a very good experience staying at this B&B with all the facilities they provided.
