Maison Bergoun

Borce is a must visit village. Rich in history, views and wildlife. Jan was very welcoming and friendly, the living room being a great place for conversation. Bella the cat is the friendliest cat I have ever encountered also! The room was absolutely fine, some creaky spots in the floor, but this adds to the character and reminds you of the age of the buildings. Breakfast was good too. A pleasant stay.

Best food we ate during our 1 week walking the GR10. For dinnywe got a big salad, some of it from vegetables growing in their garden, and a very nutritious casserole full of vegetables, veal, eggs and cheese. Very tasty. The room we've got was near the outside water fountain and the sound put us to sleep very quickly.

We recently stayed at this guest house and had a wonderful stay. We received a warm welcome and were given a spacious room with a small terrace. Dinner was superb, with home-made bread and home-made cake. Breakfast was equally as good. We highly recommend it!
