Willowbeck Lodge

Stayed here last night whilst working away. From start to finish what an enjoyable experience. Andrew the owner greeted us at reception in a very friendly manner, the room was superb and probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed. The guiness on draft was perfect and then we get to the food. The food was beautifully presented and came out in no time. I had a 10oz steak that was cooked exactly how a requested. We even ended up staying up a little later than expected as we sat with a few residents and the owner putting the world to rights over a few more pints and brandies (sorry andrew for keeping you up 😂). The next morning breakfast was faultless with plenty of selection and the cooked breakfast was just what was needed after the night before. Andrew thank you for the wonderful service that you provided.

We had a lovely afternoon tea / funeral tea at willowbeck lodge. Truly a beautiful space inside and outside. The care and attention was very evident in every aspect, from the comforting selection of coffee, teas and refreshments to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was excellent with a variety of options. A very big thankyou to the staff, who were very attentive and kind making sure all guests felt supported and cared for throughout the afternoon. We would love to be back soon. Again thankyou to willbeck lodge.

We had a buffet meal here for my Nana's funeral tea last night. The food was incredible, all homemade and amazing quality. The staff were so attentive, helpful and kind. The dining space we used was just beautiful, so serene. Already planning on going back to the restaurant soon. The perfect end to the day ❤️ thank you all so much. ❤️
