I spoke to Mr. Enrico several times on the phone to visit the property because I needed to rent it for two months from the end of March to the end of May. I toured the property with his daughter. He showed me the downstairs area, a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom. I was told that his two dogs are female and would get along well with my male dogs. After two days, I called back to confirm, and was given the OK to call back the next day to make arrangements. I called back the next day and was told that, although he had made a commitment to me, he had preferred a reservation that had arrived that very day for the entire property, confirmed by seven Germans who obviously would have brought in more money. I mentioned the commitment he had made with me, since I would have very little time to find a new property, and was told, "I can't do anything about it." Truly rude and lacking in civility. Terrible behavior and unreliable.
