Great experience in Innsburk, the hotel shuttle picked us up, the staff were so lovely and made the stay extra special. The hotel cocktails were lovely, live music in the evening, and nice buffet for breakfast. Dinner buffet can be improved. SPA was fantastic with great views. It would’ve been good if they opened the saunas earlier than 2pm. But overall I’d say definitely worth it, hope we can visit again :)

Cleanliness & Service The hotel is immaculate, with every detail carefully maintained. Service is simply outstanding – attentive yet discreet. What impressed me most was the attention to sleep quality: guests can choose mattresses with different firmness levels and request special pillows, including orthopedic ones for neck support. This is the first hotel I’ve encountered that truly prioritizes healthy, restorative sleep. Spa & Wellness The spa is breathtaking. The pool is always sparkling clean, the saunas offer a variety of experiences, and the jacuzzi is pure bliss. It’s a sanctuary where relaxation and rejuvenation meet. Dining Breakfast is a lavish buffet with endless options to suit every taste. At lunchtime, while not a full meal service, guests can enjoy delicious soups, salads, and cakes. Dinner is a highlight: each morning you select from a changing menu, and in the evening the chef prepares your chosen starter, main course, and dessert to perfection. There’s also an evening buffet for those who prefer variety. Facilities The hotel features an excellent fitness center with diverse classes, as well as convenient ski and snowboard facilities. Rooms Rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you need. The views are stunning, and the atmosphere is peaceful and serene – perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Culture & Atmosphere What makes this hotel truly unique is the way it celebrates Tyrolean culture. The traditions are alive in every corner, and guests respect and embrace this spirit. The atmosphere is vibrant yet tranquil, creating a rare balance between liveliness and serenity. I have been coming to this hotel for Years when skiing Stubai valley - good location to access the glacier, nice pool, spa and saunas. I love the outside whirlpool in this hotel. Room vary based on what you book, good bed and quality of sleep though. Some dishes were great, some could have been tastier, dinner service was fast so if you a single skier like myself, you would love that compared to some other more luxurious hotels that have 5 course meals every night that drag on and on. If you look for a solid 4 star hotel, you cant go wrong with this one. Rooms are on a basic 4* level, there is nothing wrong with them and nothing that makes you remember them when you go anywhere else. Amenities were not replaced once during 3 night stay, towels worn out.
