Cedars Inn Hotel

Went as a family for a pre Christmas lunch. Luckily we had a discount coupon. We all had a turkey dinner.... Meat OK, veg very under cooked, roast potatoes, gravy and parsnips very nice. I also had a pudding of apple and blackberry pie. This was very tasty.! All in all under whelming. It wasn't busy but the service was slow for some reason, but while at the table they were very polite. Would we go back.... Only if we had another discount coupon

Booked last minute for 2 rooms. The twin room was upstairs and the double room was downstairs. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the shower nice and warm. Carpark was free. Had dinner here as well and the food was good and staff friendly. Not close to town but there was supermarkets within a 5min drive. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect experience, turned up announced after we were let down by another Barnstaple hotel. Room was spotless and amazing front desk service from the team. Really good tea options in the room and bathroom a decent size with a shower. Bed really comfortable and thick luxurious carpets. Outdoors you can tell it has been here a while, but for the price overall it was superb and very dog friendly.
