Santa's Hotel Rakka

We just had the best 4 day's on a fabulous tours Kilpisjarvi is amazing place and the Rakka hotel is a lovely cosy beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. The rooms and food were excellent, so you won't be disappointed. Many thanks to the hotel staff.

Beautiful hotel and delicious breakfast. We had been in Europe for over a week and needed some clean clothes. There are no washing machines available. I even asked if I could use theirs to do one load but was told it was only for house staff.

The most beautiful hotel I visited in a very long time. I loved every minute of my two-day stay here. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Classic Scandinavian design meets cozy (hygge) meets a beautiful view of the surrounding birch-forest. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a huge variety of local and regional dishes. The restaurant was good even if it did not meet the highest standards the rest of the hotel set. Regional and organic choices were available. The wine selction was very good. The restaurant and breakfast room allows for a beautiful 180 degrees view on the surrounding mountains and the Kilpisjärvi lake. The service and hospitality was second to none. The whole team was very welcoming, warm-hearted, helpful. A stunning and magical experience.
