Hotel Primo Ostuni

We stayed at Hotel PrimOstuni in June 2025 and absolutely loved our experience. The hotel is beautifully renovated—modern, stylish, and perfectly clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from the Ostuni historic center and a great base for visiting other charming towns and beaches in the area. The breakfast was delicious, with everything fresh and beautifully presented each morning. What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Nicoletta, the manager, for her warmth and attentiveness. We also want to mention Leonardo, Martina, Claudia, Kevin, Cristian, Giacomo, Valerio, Agnese, Mino, and Margherita for making us feel so well cared for. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Hotel PrimOstuni to anyone visiting Ostuni or the region.

Primo Hotel in Ostuni is just fabulous! My husband & I arrived in Puglia for my niece’s wedding last Saturday. We didn’t actually stay in Primo hotel but some of my family did & we went to visit them there. The staff there are exceptional, particularly Nicoletta, Claudia, Martina & Christian. They were so friendly, kind, professional, pleasant, informative & helped us so much with information we needed & especially for me as I needed hairdresser before wedding & Nicoletta kindly helped me source one close to where we were staying! No matter what we asked, they kindly helped us with a smile on their faces! We were at Hotel Primo in Ostuni for 5 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful hotel, modern, well situated at a short walk from the historic center, new construction, great breakfast but most of all great staff especially Leonardo & Claudia at reception & Mino, Agnes & Milena at the breakfast services!!! They were amazing and very helpful!!! Our vacation was so much better because of them!! Totally recommend Hotel Primo in Ostuni!!
