This would be a fine place when the weather is warm. Unfortunately we visited when it was cold and rainy. They're building new bedrooms, and when we were there they were incomplete. You could see to outside through cracks between windows and walls, and the overhead light was a bulb hanging from a bare wire. There is no heat. We were given a space heater which was weak and useless. Fortunately they had lots of blankets and we used them all. A central room, the only place even partly warm, was where people eat, and when we were there it was mostly filled with people as it was the only place with any warmth. It was heated, however, with a propane heater meant for outside use. To prevent carbon monoxide poisoning, all the windows were open, so the room itself didn't get warm. The young man who owns and manages it is super nice. If they solve the heat issue and finish the guest rooms, in the future it may be very nice. In cold, wet weather, not yet.
