Don’t believe the pictures posted by this business. What you will likely get will look much worse. Place has no A/C in the rooms. Everywhere you step you leave behind a footprint from the moisture and humidity in the room. The room smelled bad and was incredibly dusty. The bathroom had bugs upon arrival but I was more concerned with the towels that didn’t feel clean and left behind small pieces of cloth all over your skin after drying with them. Whether you book it with a private bathroom or not this place looks and feels like a hostel. Even with the affordable price it wasn’t worth it. The staff/cleaners were nice at least.

This place is a joke. The room is freezing cold. A Portuguese man had to bring me an extra duvet to keep warm in the middle of the night. The face of the radiator they give you falls off when you touch it then they try to charge you for it as criminal damages. Be careful here, you will become sick from the damp and cold and they will try to charge you for everything.

The place was handy and close to the metro line. Not awfully clean either, the floors hadn’t seen a wet mop in a long time. Also the BEDBUGS were horrendous!! We asked if we could get some money back because of it but we’re asked to send photos of the bedbugs to prove them. (If anyone knows about bed bugs they are FAR too small to photograph) We sent photos of the bites and the fact that it was the only place we’d stayed so there was no way we got them from anywhere else. They completely ignored us and stopped replying after this.
