Really good hotel and recommend. Reasonable price. Breakfast was quite nice, and VERY well cooked, but if they charged £5 more and had better quality ingredients then it would make a difference. The "sausages" on the menu were actually one chipolata which wasn't brilliant. Just give us 2 decent bangers from a local butcher, and it would be much improved. But otherwise, no complaints. Nice hotel, and very nice hosts, and would stay again. Jus ditch the chipolatas and charge another fiver. We won't notice it!

Easy to find just inland from the seafront. Parking on site. Fascinating building with a big garden area and fine feathered chickens! Great service and lovely comfy room overlooking the rear with a veranda to sit outside my bedroom. Ideal for solo traveller. Thank you 😊

Lovely family-run hotel minutes from seaside and downtown area. Spotlessly clean, airy and quiet. The food is delicious and the hosts take excellent care of you. This was my second stay at The Woodlands, and I will be back. Thank you Dan and Megan for your hospitality and care.
