After staying here 4 night with breakfast and dinner included, we can give good feedback about the overall experience. The rooms are good, the spa is small and limited for a "spa & resort" hotel. Staff is very unproductive due to bad managment. We have set multiple evenings waiting over 15 minutes to order food or be served although there was 8 staff members and only 6 tables occupied. Not even a bottle of wine can be ordered without the manager being there with his small tablet, although he himself is clueless of what is happening most if the time. Many employees just walk around the restaurant without doing anything, even walking in the way of guests. Only Carol & Silva were pleasant to deal with and doing their best. Only these 2 staff members would smile towards guests. No salt, no pepper, no olive oil on the tables. If the dinner finally came, it was tasteful, but sometimes undercooked. The most pleasant experience was the shuttle bus every moring and afternoon. The driver Beni is spreading a smile and definitely softened our bad experience with the staff overall. For max 2 nights it is an okay hotel, but try to keep out if the restaurant to avoid the staff.

I regret to say my stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing on every level. Service: The staff showed almost no initiative to improve the guest experience. Requests were met with indifference rather than assistance, and there was little to no proactive help throughout the stay. Cleanliness: The rooms were not cleaned to a reasonable standard. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and the condition of the common areas reflected a lack of attention to guest comfort. Towels: Towels were not replaced regularly, and there was no reliable system for ensuring fresh linens during a multi-night stay. Breakfast: Breakfast quality and variety were far below expectations. The options available were subpar, and the spread was consistently sparse by mid-morning. Availability: By 9:00 AM, what little was offered had already run out or was in very short supply, indicating poor inventory management and planning. Overall impression: The hotel failed to deliver a decent guest experience, and the service level did not meet the standards advertised or expected for this category. Would not recommend this hotel to others, and I would advise prospective guests to consider other options with higher standards of service, cleanliness, and guest care.

Rooms and facilities are good. quite a pretty hotel, but my god - the food really really lets it down. the breakfast is hilariously bad. to not even have orange juice is inexcusable. The dinner is somehow worse. i'm sure they are going to do something about the food here as so many of the guests complained over new years. until then i wouldnt be back. overall a nice hotel wiht decent spa but the food really is 0/5
