Hotel Kozana

I wish I could recommend this place, however deal breaker was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Bed was really squeaky with every single move, we barely slept because it was so loud. Communication really poor, no one responded to our texts, we didn’t know if there will be anyone to give us a key, luckily there was. Breakfast was really poor knowing Slovenia’s kitchen. If you can please choose other place.

2 dogs, 15th August, 31.4° in the room the air was broke since days and they didn’t tell nothing…. (Ignazio and Gal thank you for the lie ) We arrived at the property on August 15th. We had already paid €2*5 through booking, and €5* at the property. They didn't warn us that the air conditioning was broken. We had to tell them, and they made up excuse after excuse. The air conditioning hadn't worked in this property for some time. With two dogs in the room, we were suffering; we were forced to accept it. THEY GUARANTEED a refund given the inconvenience. And since we paid for a service that wasn't provided, they hadn't even notified us. And then they ignored us, ignored booking, and didn't refund anything. In addition to this, the pipes are old and noisy. The shower was noisy all the time. The sink was clogged. For the money they ask for and don't refund, despite paying for a service that isn't there, they could at least fix things.

Im sorry but the room was dirty, so much dust and hair below the beds, mold in the bathroom.. i liked the crunchy bacon at breakfast
