Chic rooms & suites, some with in-room whirlpool tubs, in a high-end hotel offering lagoon views.

Front the moment we arrived we were met with bright, smiley faces and an easy check in. We arrived around 10pm, very hungry and they recommend a restaurant closed by that was open. The room we had was lovely and clean but developed an issue on our 3rd night and informed front desk, they immediately came to the room to inspect and offered to move us rooms, which was fantastic and smooth. The breakfast was very tasty with a variety of options to choose from, including many juices for us non coffee drinkers. The staff were great in organising a water taxi to take us back to the airport. The hotel is located about 2 minute walk from a small supermarket and 1 minute we walk from Zattere vaporetto stop. Overall amazing hotel, modern with Venetian touches and fabulous staff. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Very clean hotel, probably the cleanest I've been to. The only downside was a bit of mold growing on the ceiling of their bathroom. This was inevitable, as they had bad extraction and ventilation in the bathroom. Location was great. Walking distance to all the attractions we needed to visit. The bar staff were exceptional. They we very friendly and accommodating to making cocktails to your taste. Highly recommended.

Penalised for paying non-refundable reservation! To be clear, I didn't get to experience the hotel since I could not travel to Venice due to a huge delay in receiving my travel visa in Feb 2026. I requested the Hotel to kindly consider keeping my reservation for deferred dates due to circumstances beyond my control and clearly stated my willingness to pay the price difference depending on the final dates when I could make it to Venice in later weeks/month. The Hotel did not make the least effort to accommodate any request. Coldly and adamantly insisting that my reservation was non-refundable/amendable booked via 3rd party platform i.e. Booking.com (Basically, one is punished for having made such a choice in addition to booking via 3rd party platform even though at the time of reservation, I was confident that we were going to receive the visa in time for the travel). Despite several attempts to find an amicable solution, the Hotel did not entertain any proposal from my part even though I gave them about 2 weeks heads up. They only accepted to change the name of guests if I could find someone else to go. I had 4 other hotel reservations for this trip (all non-refundable) and every single establishment had shown some goodwill to accomodate changes or even full refund. This 4-star Hotel instead turned out to be the most inflexible. It couldn't offer more client-oriented service or show some compassion towards clients' grievances. I was not demanding them to bear a loss, I was just exploring ways for both sides to bear the least damage as much as possible but no, they didn't care and I lost the full amount paid (661 EUR). They also released the room for resell after no show on first night, they reached out to reconfirm before releasing it. In short, it maybe a good hotel (I can't comment fairly without having stayed there) but from my experience of how they had handled my case, I am not convinced that this is a hotel worth trying again. One may need to think twice before booking with them, especially they don't entertain 3rd party platform requests. Booking.com customer service team had no leverage over them and failed to support in any meaningful way. Moreover, this review was witheld from publication on Booking.com after I received a link to review.
