After reading others reviews, I guess I got lucky. Àside from the smell of perfume, my room was okay. No bugs despite open windows, very clean, well painted, TV worked fine. Nice person at reception. All of that said, this is definitely not a family hotel. If you have kids, stay somewhere else.

Horrível da parte da limpeza..... lençóis sujos , manchados, com pelos e pedaços de plástico o autoclismo sem agua

Avoid at all costs. Despite the friendly phone manner, stay away. Check-in is between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM, and at 5:30 PM there was still no one there. It wasn't until 5:30 PM that I was given my room number and where to find the key, all over the phone. No one was at reception. At first glance, everything seemed clean. I went to take a shower, used the bathrobe, and that's when I noticed the floor wasn't clean. You'll see it in the photo. Since there were mosquitoes, I closed all the windows and turned on the air conditioning. I killed as many mosquitoes as I could first, and then I tried to turn on the air conditioning (which wasn't working. The remote worked, but the unit didn't). I went over to the air conditioner to see what was wrong, and that's when I saw a spider crawl out of the unit (not counting its legs, it was about 2 cm by 2 cm. Imagine that with the legs!). It went back into the air conditioner, so I trapped it by plugging the hole with a little bit of toilet paper. You'll see it in the photo. As for the mosquitoes, I spent three-quarters of the night killing more of them just to try and get some sleep. You'll see that in the photos too. Oh yes, no cold water. Warm, but not cold.
