My main complaint is the service: if you are next to the skiing station and your main guests are skiers, you should know that they will want to be there when the station opens. Therefore, you cannot expect to open the dinning room for breakfast 50 minutes before with a full hotel, especially if you have a tiny dining room. There were at least 4 big groups at the hotel at the same time but the dinning could only host half of a group! It was a nightmare, people were waiting for hours!! Imagine waiting 30 minutes before opening and we still couldn't make it. I met people who decided to skip breakfast. When we had to leave, we booked an early breakfast at 7.30, but they still opened at 8 as regular. They simply do not care. Moreover, one coffee machine for a full hotel is insufficient. Very disappointing and frustrating. Food is ok, but don't expect too much

Basic hotel full of student groups, friendly service One of the last hotels I found where you need to bring gel/shampoo. No 24h reception but the staff "lives" there.

The hotel is very basic, the room was ok but didnt look super clean. Food is not good at all, the breakfast didnt have many options, there was no egg only ham and cheese, bread was cold and there was no toaster. Dinner wasnt tasty either, i dont recommend to pay for it. If you want water during the day you can only buy super small bottles in a vendor machine. The good thing the hotel offers though is the location right next to the lift. Recepcionist Rosa was very kind.
