Borgo dé Brandi

We had a very bad experience with this 'hotel'. I made a mistake with the dates while booking (i made a booking for the 29/10 instead of the 22/10) and when i asked to change the dates or to kindly get a refund, the person managing this operation plainly refused. It simply shows that they are very happy to take advantage of foreign tourists whenever they can. So book very carefully! If anything goes wrong during your stay, they will clearly disappear with your money like they've done with mine. I'm also posting this with all evidence on booking and tripadvisor for completeness and warn other foreign tourists visiting Tuscany. Very deceptive and shameful business practices.

We were a group of four friends visiting Tuscany to celebrate a couple of birthdays and stayed in a family apartment for three nights. We all loved Borgo de Brandi - our apartment was super with a stunning view. The pool area was perfect. Best of all was the wonderful team - Giorgia, Francesca and Veronica were just amazing at helping us with taxis, advice on the local area/wineries and serving the most delicious food. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was an absolute highlight. Thank you so much, would love to return one day!

Lovely place to spend vacation in Tuscany. Location is outstanding with beautiful view all around. I really fond of everything at Borgo dé Brandi. Room was very comfortable, spacious good equipped. Very friendly staff and host. Cleaning service is very high level. Very nice pool located in between olives trees. Every little thing at Borgo dé Brandi is prepared for your stay IN PERFECT way! That is outstanding approach toward guests. I'm more than happy I spent week there and for sure I will come back. Best regards and thanks to all people taking care about quests at Borgo.
